**About the role**

The role carries out regulatory and compliance functions for the NSW Energy Savings Scheme (ESS), the Peak Demand Reduction Scheme (PDRS) and the Renewable Fuel Scheme (RFS).

In this role you will be:

- undertaking analysis using a risk-based approach to help make decisions regarding regulatory and compliance related matters
- preparing and presenting written briefings to senior staff and the Tribunal, our decision maker
- preparing publicly available guidance to support accreditation and compliance processes
- supporting the effective administration of best practice regulatory and compliance programs and policies.

The salary range for this role is $144,622 to $153,550 per annum, plus superannuation and annual leave loading.

Relevant tertiary qualifications or professional experience are required for this role.
