**The Organisation**
This business is a successful manufacturing company based in the Northern suburbs of Melbourne. As a national organisation, our client has experienced consistent growth over a period of time and have an exciting newly created position within their finance and accounts receivable division. The business offer a supportive working environment, and are presently seeking a motivated individual who wants to kick start their career and join as soon as possible.

**The Role**
Working as part of a vibrant and dynamic finance function, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

- Daily reconciliations
- Issue invoices
- Take payments over the phone
- Follow up overdue accounts
- Process credit notes and refunds
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Other administration and ad hoc duties to support the team

Our client believes positive attitude is key to success They are ideally looking for someone with at least 1-2 years customer service or accounts experience, and uphold a confident personality that enjoys speaking with key customers. You will be a passionate worker who enjoys learning new skills and problem solving, with strong communication skills.
