This is a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Business Partner to join a values-driven health food and beverage company based in South West Sydney. As the Recruitment Business Partner, you will partner closely with the business to recruit across both blue and white collar roles as well as have a strong focus on employer branding and Early Careers and Apprenticeship programs.

Reporting to the Head of People & Capability, you will partner closely with the business and own the end-to-end recruitment process for the blue and white-collar workforces. There is also the opportunity to proactively work with stakeholders on employer branding and talent programs.

To be successful you will demonstrate:

- Experience owning the end-to-end Talent Acquisition process.
- Experience recruiting in a high-volume environment for both blue and white-collar workforces.
- Strong stakeholder management skills able to influence and negotiate effectively.
- A passion for employer branding and Talent programs.

This position is perfectly suited to a highly organised and collaborative Talent Acquisition Partner still progressing in their career or a Talent Acquisition Partner wanting to widen their skillset to incorporate talent projects. This company is based in South West Sydney and offers hybrid working.
