About the role

The Recruitment Business Partner role is responsible for providing high-quality talent acquisition services to the Australian business and ensuring that new recruits meet the strategic needs of the organization. You will guide and support managers in the identification, recruitment, and onboarding of the right candidates, both blue and white collar.

Manage high-volume recruitment across the Australian business. Partner with hiring managers to identify current and future recruitment needs.

Provide end-to-end recruitment services for the business, from advertising to onboarding.

Represent the company professionally to potential candidates, responding efficiently and courteously.

To be successful in this role, you will:
  • Provide consistent, high-quality recruitment services, both proactive and reactive.
  • Seek proactive ways to attract talent.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies to secure competitive rates and reliable service.
  • Review and improve recruitment processes continuously.
  • Organize pre-employment checks efficiently.
We are looking for people who:
  • Have 2-3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, either agency or in-house.
  • Possess strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Can work effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented, high-volume recruitment environment.
  • Have experience with various sourcing techniques, traditional and non-traditional.
  • Have experience working with universities and TAFE organizations (preferable).
  • Are process-oriented with excellent attention to detail and administrative skills.
  • Can work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Have high resilience and cope well under pressure.
  • Are proficient with Microsoft Office and Team Tailor.
