**Junior Sports Administrator/venue supervisor**

Easts Basketball is NSW largest independent Basketball organisation with over 2,500+ members.

Our core services we provide are basketball competitions for all ages, training, learn to play, academy training and School Holiday programs.

**THE ROLE**
The role can be quite varied however typical tasks include; organizing basketball competitions, office administration, customer management, liaise with coaches, supervisors and referees, club management, venue issues, marketing, sales and overall growing of our core products.

The hours can be flexible and we can work around your schedule however we are ideally after someone working between 28-38 hours a week with time spread across Bondi Junction office tasks and at venue supervising (usually in the Eastern Suburbs or Inner City)

**Responsibilities**
- Game Day work - Supervising and scoring at the venues, delivering gear to venues and filling in where required.
- Club Operations - Assisting with administration on forming new teams, following up with parents and assisting the head of coaching where required

**THE CANDIDATE**
We are looking for a highly organised individual, who has exceptional time management skills and can think on their feet.
- A strong team focused approach and interest within the sports industry particularly Basketball
- A self-starter who is passionate about continuous learning
- Excellent organisation & time management skills
- Effective interpersonal, negotiation & communication skills; with a focus on high quality client service
- Advanced skills and professional experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Need to be available to work weekends and ideally one evening per week.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: $40,660.00 - $600,000.00 per year
