**Key Responsibilities**
- General medical reception duties and administration duties including answering incoming calls, checking in patients, confirming appointments, processing and receipting patient accounts
- Billing and receipting of consultations and surgery
- Fostering professional working relationship with team members, patients and medical staff
- Maintaining compliance with organisational policy and procedure
- Ad hoc data entry and administrative duties and supporting the Practice Manager with the day-to-day operations

- Diligent and a proactive attitude
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Excellent time-management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritise.
- Detail-orientated.
- Previous experience as medical receptionist preferably with experience using Genie software
- Ability to function as part of a team dedicated to delivering a high level of patient care
