**Job Summary**

Joining a global platform in an Equities Trading role in supporting the senior traders in Electronic Trading & Facilitation Trading across the region.

Great opportunity to join a global platform in an Equities Trading role in supporting the senior traders in Electronic Trading & Facilitation Trading across the region.

We are looking for a smart, ambitious motivated person willing to seek out opportunities who will be rewarded with autonomy and a supportive team within a global investment bank.

**What will you do?**
- Work closely with the senior trading staff supporting both the Electronic and Facilitation Trading desks.
- Assist the desk in managing client orders for the Australian and Global accounts
- Build and drive institutional client relationships as needed across the broader business
- Learn and understand how to manage risk limits within the Australian Cash Equities desk, primarily acting as a back up trader
- Initiate and drive successful trading strategies to benefit the Australian and Asian accounts
- Show good attention to detail and self motivation within a high energy team

**What do you need to succeed?**

**Must-have**
- Good knowledge of Australian equities market & financial markets generally
- DTR-qualified preferred
- Ability to work in a team in a culture of excellence
- High level of financial modelling ability
- Tertiary level education, prefer engineering, financial, actuary backgrounds
