We are currently seeking an exceptional Customer Service & Sales Support representative to join our team in Sunshine VIC.

Reporting directly to Customer Service Manager, this role is responsible for providing support in the sales and marketing functions of the company, ensuring that customers' needs are met in a timely, efficient and effective manner.

**Your areas of responsibility**:

- Establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with customers.
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
- Take customer orders and ensure accuracy and completeness of order information.
- Communicate accurate and timely information regarding stock availability.
- Prompt follow up on customer concerns relating to product delivery and pricing.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions and various internal registers.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new customer service and sales initiatives.
- Work closely with Operations team regarding supply of orders and ensure timely and accurate dispatch of orders.
- Work closely with Accounts team to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and credit notes.
- Liaise with transport providers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
- Identify opportunities and areas for process improvement and make recommendations to management.
- Run daily lifecycle reports and general administration tasks.

**Qualifications we are looking for**:

- Strong customer service and sales skills with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- SAP experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Experience working with customer relationship management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to quality.
- Self-motivated, professional and passionate about positive customer experience.
- Exceptional phone manner, combined with an ability to interact confidently with internal and external customers to achieve outcomes.
