The Lab Specialist will be responsible for providing all aspects of technical support for Lumination Learning Labs for our clients.

**A day on the job will see you**:

- Researching the new technologies and market trends to bring innovation and unique experiences to our future Lumination Learning Labs
- Work back and forth between contractors and the clients to ensure that the product fulfills all of our client expectations and fits with their vision
- Ensure that our Lumination Learning Labs are dynamic, and constantly evolving to be world-class
- Design and install unique AV and other technical installations that integrate seamlessly with existing infrastructure
- Work with a range of clients and act as the point of contact for AV enquiries
- Liaising with clients and the internal Operations team to come up with concept designs and renders of Lumination Learning Lab spaces
- Recommend suitable hardware and software solutions based on industry experience
- Provide sound technical advice both on site and remotely
- Champion learning lab implementation and support

**To impress us you’ll need**
- A tertiary qualification in Technology, Design or similar
- A minimum of 3 years experience in creating, evaluating and delivering design and solutions to clients
- A passion for and understanding of best practice when using emerging technologies like VR, AR, AI, robotics, coding and drones in the classroom, or educational setting
- In-depth knowledge of audio visual systems and programs
- Engaging presentation skills, and a drive to build strong relationships with teachers and other stakeholders
- Be willing to learn design and drafting activities in relation to building labs
