Key responsibilities
- Reconcile bank payments and maintain accurate financial records.
- Manage accounts receivable.
- Ensuring accurate and timely monthly billing of customers in compliance with company policies.
- Receiving customer data and being able organise, summarise and produce accurate bills from this data.
- Producing accurate customer bills and issue them on time to ensure cashflow efficiency.
- Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts and proactively manage collection efforts.
- Assist with month-end closing processes.
- Producing documentation and provide reports - be able to assist with providing documentation and reports during internal or external audits and assist in resolving any issues raised.
- Be strongly able to produce support documentation from Xero and summarise these reports individually via Excel.
