**The Company**:
We have partnered with a thriving business located in the Southern suburbs of Sydney. Due to the company experiencing an exciting growth phase, they are now seeking a Bookkeeper to join their highly inclusive team. This tight-knit team enjoys collaborating and work cohesively as a unit. As the bookkeeper, you will have an Accounts officer reporting into you so it is also a great time if you feel a leadership role is your next step. You will have a positive, can-do attitude, enjoy working both on a team and autonomously, and be ready to take full ownership of a role

**The Role**:

- End to end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Bank reconciliations
- Credit Card reconciliations
- Processing payroll using Xero
- Collections will be included in this role
- Managing relationships with suppliers & subcontractors
- Weekly preparation of cashflow sales & financial reporting
- Prepare BAS quarterly
- Administration tasks as required

**Your Profile**:

- Demonstrated experience using Xero
- Four years + experience as a bookkeeper
- Experience in a standalone role is desirable
