**Description**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager - Construction Solutions - NSW to join our team in Wetherill Park. Reporting to the NSW General Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing clients and projects, building new revenue streams with your contacts and provide ongoing support whilst driving business growth and margins across our construction solutions.

The role will also include but will not be limited to the following responsibilities:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop a NSW business development strategy to identify growth areas, value add solutions and current market segment to identify new prospects in the reinforcing steel market
- Commercial and technical knowledge of products and services within the Construction and Building Industry.
- Extended knowledge of construction sequencing, structural properties, and designs.
- Identify and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients to promote Ausreo construction solutions offering.
- Provide leadership and advice to the sales and project engineering teams in executing contractual and customer requirements in line with Ausreo business strategies and policies
- Develop and maintain close working relationships with Sales, Scheduling and Operations personnel in execution of overall marketing strategies for NSW

To Be Successful
- Sound understanding of the Reinforced Concrete industry highly preferred.
- Qualification in Business, Sales Management within the construction industry.
- Existing/Sound relationships with Builders, Constructors and large Concretors in the T1 to T3 environment.
- Project Management qualification highly regarded.
- Capable to motivate, mentor and drive growth through a dedicated and consistent sales approach.
- Experience in Engineering and Construction with a working knowledge of the construction process across various project types.
- Significant consultative selling and business development experience.
- Exceptional commercial, analytical, communication and negotiation skills
- Sound understanding of value add and customer service within the supply chain process.
