**About the role**

In this fantastic role, as a Market support officer, you will provide administration support to the retail sales and the wider management team. You will support various stakeholders and customers across Dulux retail business and devise solutions to bring in process efficiencies.

In this role, you will be involved in providing reporting to support to the sales team. You will also engage with the customers and will implement processes to identify, resolve and follow up customer issues. You will have the opportunity to actively participate in store activities, together with our retail sales team, this role is a hybrid sales/support function that would suit those keen to gain experience and a possible career path.

The role is based out of Brisbane QLD and is a brilliant platform that will nurture your career, the opportunities are perfect for someone with a grounding in retailing with and the urge to develop a career.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to the Retail Sales Team and coordinate promotional events, meetings, conferences and all travel arrangements. Actively participate in these events.
- Undertake sales reporting and insight analysis
- Actively support the QLD Retail Team in stores and participate in the store events
- Monitor the states monthly expenditure and report variances, in line with the ongoing activity.

**Skills & Experience**
- Strong commercial acumen
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent orgnaisation skills and interpersonal skills
