**The Opportunity**
We are looking for a Hospital and Provider Advocacy Consultant to join our team on an inital 6 month contract. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to hospitals, doctors and ancillary providers in a call centre environment. You will be the first point of contact to respond to queries and provide information on services and claims.

**Responsibilities will include**:
- Creating a positive experience by providing outstanding customer service to hospitals and providers
- Proactively promoting up-to-date technology and tools available to providers on the claims experience
- A commitment to consistently increasing your product and procedural knowledge
- A commitment to answering calls with a high level of efficiency to help ensure our providers’ queries are attended to as swiftly as possible.
**About You**
- You are passionate and have a highly developed customer-centric attitude
- You have developed and grown your skills working in a high-volume contact centre environment and are ready for the next step
- You are a clear communicator and have a continuous improvement mindset.
- You are systems-savvy with a proactive and flexible approach
- You are skilled at learning and remembering an array of rules and procedures and exceptions
- Experience with IMED and OSCAR is a bonus, but not essential
- This role requires working on a fixed roster from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
