**The Company**

Robert Half are proud to be partnering with our client, a key wholesaler to the retail trade for ANZ. This well-known company prides themselves on industry-leading innovation by developing, manufacturing, and marketing their own product. Due to their continued success and growth, an additional full time Customer Service Administrator is required to join their team in their Head Office based in Carrum downs.

**The Role**

Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, your tasks and responsibilities will help strengthen the company's brand and build loyalty through effective customer service management.

To be successful in this role, you must be able to handle working in a high-pressure environment and be adaptable to the day-to-day running's of the business. With an organisation that continues to expand year after year, our client is seeking a highly motivated, customer focused Customer Service Administrator to join their team to assist with the following:

- Respond promptly to customer and consumer enquiries through various channels.
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions comments and complaints on CRM database.
- Monitor and process maintenance and warranty enquiries.
- Management of customer complaints and resolve accordingly.
- Providing ETA and shipping support.
- Ad-hoc administrative duties.

**Your Profile**

You are a tech-savvy individual with demonstrated Customer Service and data entry experience. You have keen problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of stakeholders and customers.
- Key selection criteria include:_
- Strong customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Microsoft D365 experience advantageous.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong computer literacy and data entry skills.
- 1 year minimum experience in a similar role.
