About The Role

We're looking for a dynamic and professional Customer Service & Sales Officer to join our team at our Glenroy manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you'll help ensure smooth communication, prompt service resolutions, and strong support for the sales and production teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and resolve warranty claims from retail customers
  • Coordinate service responses using internal teams and external providers
  • Maintain strong, ongoing client relationships
  • Handle phone and email communication with professionalism and care
  • Support the internal sales team with quoting, documentation, and admin tasks
  • Ensure customer interactions reflect our quality-first values

About You

We're seeking someone who is confident, detail-oriented, and solution-focused — ideally with prior experience in the furniture, cabinetry, manufacturing, or retail sectors.

You'll Bring
  • Previous experience in customer service (furniture or similar industry preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong admin and organisational skills with great attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • A friendly, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
