**Job Description**:
We are seeking an energetic, highly motivated individual who is also a self-starter to join our Customer Service Team.

In this role, you will be required to consult and liaise with internal staff and customers, deliver a seamless customer experience and foster strong customer relationships through effective communications. This role is office based - 5 days per week.

**Key responsibilities of the role**:

- Data entry and sales order management.
- Work collaboratively with key areas of the business to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions to resolve issues promptly.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.

**Qualifications**:
**To be successful, you will have**
- Previous experience in customer service in a fast-paced FMCG environment or manufacturing
- Exceptional multitasking ability, managing priorities to meet deadlines and client expectations.
- Ability to work with all key areas of the business including production, accounts, sales and warehouse.
- Professional verbal and written communication
- A high level of attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work across multiple software systems
- Data entry skills
- Have a can-do attitude towards work to finalise tasks in a timely manner.
- D365 experience would be considered an advantage but is not essential.
- Ability to work 5 days in the office.
