**YOUR ROLE**

Being based in our **Head Office in the Adelaide Airport Business District**, you will facilitate the delivery of efficient, accurate and timely service to all Atlas McNeil Healthcare customers.
- Delivering exceptional Customer Service in a diverse, dynamic environment
- Provide information about our products and services
- Professionally and courteously satisfy incoming telephone calls
- Process incoming orders and payment transactions
- Support and assistance to the greater Atlas Mcneil Healthcare Customer Service team as required

**ABOUT YOU**

You’ll have that same entrepreneurial spirit that we live and breathe here at Bunzl. You’ll be energetic and self-motivated with great attention to detail and a can-do approach to challenges and tasks. In order to succeed in this role, you will need strong communication and customer service skills and ability to problem solve.

The other essentials we are looking for:

- Experience in a customer service environment desirable.
- Experience with the elderly, aged care, continence education, wound care or Pharmacy.
- Knowledge of NDIS fundamentals is beneficial.
- Well-developed computer skills in Microsoft Office package.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage in professional communication skills both written and verbal.
- A passion for customer satisfaction and strong interpersonal skills.
