Customer Service Representative

We are looking for someone to come on board and provide the highest possible level of Customer Service for all customers. You will be responsible and accountable for the handling of all customer enquiries working in close unison with the team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Provide a professional, pro-active and prompt level of Customer Service to internal and external customers.- Answer and process Pick-Up orders promptly.- Resolve and arrest problems arising from the day-to-day transit of customers’ freight.- Maintain Company integrity and avoid Company exposure to criticism of poor service.- Raise Service Incident Reports and call logs to record customer inquiries.- Receive and act upon all customer queries, promptly and efficiently, by liaising with depot staff and agents.- Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and promptly.- Be conversant and to adhere to the Quality procedures at all times and carry out safety walks.- Other duties as deemed necessary by Management, day to day.
- SKILLS ESSENTIAL TO THE JOB- Good geographical knowledge of Western Australia.- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).- Professional telephone manner.- Strong Time Management.- Pro-active Customer Service skills, customer focused.- Ability to work in a team environment.
