Gardner Homes have gone from strength to strength in recent times and are seeking a new brand champion to lead their Marketing and Brand strategy across their entire Australian business. Here is your opportunity to take a lead role and be a key player in this growing company.

**Your new role**

Deliver a strong and united brand strategy to enable franchises to have cohesive and meaningful messaging.
- Support franchisees to adapt to the new brand strategy being implemented across the country.
- Manage a dedicated hard working marketing team and inspire them to enable growth & creativity.
- Deliver strategies with a high level of EQ; encouraging franchisees to join the corporate team and their peers along this “brand journey”
- Contribute insight on SEO’s and collaborate with the digital marketing team.

**What you'll need to succeed**

Supporting, developing, and implementing a cohesive and collaborative brand strategy will require a skill set and experience across a similar role, along with:

- High level of emotional intelligence
- Experience in a senior marketing role within a franchise orientated business.
- Relevant degree in Marketing or Commerce is desirable.
- Exceptional communications skills, great work ethic and a passion for brand development”.
