We’re entering an exciting new chapter of growth as we work towards achieving our Big Hairy Audacious Goal (BHAG) and are recruiting for a part time Recruitment Marketing Specialist (12 month fixed term contract) to take our talent attraction and acquisition capability to the next level

**About the role**:
Reporting into the Head of Talent & People Services and working hand in hand with both Marketing and Talent Acquisition, you will be planning and implementing recruitment advertising and marketing activity to attract high-quality applicants across all parts of our business. Bringing modern marketing methods and tactics to talent acquisition, you will drive Youi’s end to end talent attraction strategy by:

- Creating and implementing media campaigns including copywriting, design briefing, project planning, budgeting and more
- Tracking, measuring and reporting on campaign results
- Generating employee referrals
- Identifying the tactics and platforms that are most effective in reaching the target audience
- Overseeing our career website (external and internal), managing new content and suggesting improvements
- Managing the employer reputation - monitor job review sites and plan and execute activities for engaging reviewers
- Design and plan recruiting events

**All about you**:

- 2 years+ marketing/advertising or communications experience with a proven record working with business stakeholders
- Solid understanding of marketing principles and current marketing and advertising trends
- All-round content specialist, comfortable working across a variety of popular platforms and channels
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Working knowledge of digital media, audience targeting and reporting
