**Description**:
About the Role
Reporting to the Customer Service Lead, the Customer Service and Data Support Officer plays a vital role in managing customer service overflow caused by fluctuating demand, staff absences, and vacancies, while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of CRM data across Australia and New Zealand.
This dynamic position combines frontline customer service with critical data management responsibilities, supporting both exceptional customer experiences and data-driven decision-making.
A key focus of the role is to strengthen the team’s data capability by embedding data quality, consistency, and insight generation into everyday operations. Ideal for a proactive and self-sufficient individual with strong multitasking and project management skills, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across both customer engagement and business intelligence functions.
Your key accountabilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Process customer orders and prepare sales estimates
- Manage phone queues across time zones
- Deliver friendly, professional phone support
- Conduct regular CRM data hygiene checks and reports
- Maintain accurate opportunity data to support sales forecasting
- Collaborate with internal teams to align service and data functions
- Contribute to quality and environmental standards (ISO9001 & ISO14001)

This role requires someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a knack for data accuracy, someone who likes to help power our customer and data operations and will bring:
- Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to customer and operational issues.
- Experience in customer-facing roles with a positive, energetic, and solution-focused attitude.
- Team-oriented, with a strong commitment to supporting colleagues and business goals.
- Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and stay organised in a fast-paced environment.
- Quick to learn and confident in building product knowledge.
- Skilled in preparing quotes and managing orders from start to finish.
- High attention to detail and a strong focus on quality.
- Solid experience in data management and maintaining data accuracy.
- Comfortable analysing data, drawing insights, and reporting findings.
- Excellent phone manner and ability to engage with a wide range of customers.
- Confident using CRM systems to support customer service and sales processes.
