We are looking for an experienced **IT Data Manager** to join our team in Scoresby, Melbourne.

**In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways**:
- Lead data conversion activities including cleansing, archiving, validation, transformation, and migration of data from legacy ERP to SAP.- Define the Data Strategy for a large organisation moving to S/4 HANA.- Define common measurement framework (KPIs, KDDs) in partnership with business.- Data Mining: Extract insights from data by identifying relationships and patterns. Using a suite of data exploration and data visualization techniques to understand the underlying structure of the data and enable sound conclusions upon model building.- Enable development by partner data scientists of analytical or machine learning models to generate predictive insights used in solving business questions.- Predictive and Statistical Modelling- Provides expertise and leadership, coaching and direction of data analysts across the organization.- Support data and data governance audits within assigned domains;

**To be successful in this role you will need the following**:
- Degree qualified in IT, data analytics or a relevant field.- At least seven years’ experience in Data Management and Big Data Analytics.- Experience in SAP data migration and data models.- Experience in S/4HANA Embedded Analytics preferred.- Experience in Snowflake and/or Databricks.- Experience working in a large complex organisation.
