**What you'll contribute to**

The Salary Packaging Customer Support Representative will perform the Salary Packaging Employee processing and administration functions. You will be responsible for the management and high-volume processing of payments to individuals or third party services along with the handling and administration of in-life novated leasing & salary packaging services adhering to the agreed service levels at all times.

**How you'll make an impact**

Manage customer enquiries and administration (within agreed SLA’s and KPI’s) including:

- Reimbursements
- Insurance and registration management
- Fuel Card Management
- Novated Online enquiries
- Credit Card (Flexi purchase) weekly reconciliation
- Data management - Customer information and secure documents
- Provide early termination and residual value payouts including current arrears and service reconciliation balance. Including finalisation of lease termination and payment allocation.
- Effective and timely management of change of employment, including re-novation, off-novation, NLP insurance claims and payouts for all novated lease customers.
- Salary packaging and service (buffer) reconciliations
- Provide and manage contract modifications and variations
- Provide support to sales consultants when required
- Provide customer care with excellence for all customer touch-points
- Mapping employee engagement activities
- Onboarding and offboarding customers

- Corporate office experience & high-volume processing
- Customer Service/Sales experience
- Novated Leasing/Fleet Leasing /Motor Vehicle/Financial Services experience
- Training/coaching experience (desirable)
