A great 3-month, Customer Service opportunity to work with a growing organisation located in the Eastern suburbs

You will contribute your customer service skills working full time hours for a reputable brand and fast paced environment which is located in the south-eastern suburbs. The company offers a flexible work arrangement and places great emphasis on the development and learning of their team. This is a great opportunity if you are looking to grow and enhance your customer service knowledge and experience.

You must be able to drive as there is no convenient public transport and travel into the office will be required. Equipment to work from home will be provided but a reliable internet connection is required.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Providing high quality service to a high-volume Call Centre while contributing to the Key Performance Indicators required, individually and as a team
- Demonstrating empathy and respect in in all interactions with customers
- Objection handling while meeting the needs of community members
- Liaise with other departments within the organisation

**To be successful you will have**:

- 1-2 years of experience working within a Customer Service role
- Ability to multi-task, be hard-working and organized
- Proven experience working in a busy environment
- Excellent written and analytical ability, in particular accurate spelling, alpha-numeric data entry and qualifying data
- Work effectively and autonomously to specific deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Excellent communication skills
