**Job Description**:
A Mobile RAN (Radio Access Network) Construction Manager is responsible for managing the construction and deployment of mobile network infrastructure. This includes overseeing the installation of cellular towers, antennas, and other equipment, as well as coordinating with other departments and vendors to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities of a Mobile RAN Construction Manager include:

- Managing the construction of new mobile network sites, including the installation of towers, antennas, and other equipment
- Coordinating with other departments and vendors to ensure timely and efficient deployment of the network
- Managing the budget for the project, including tracking expenses and ensuring that the project stays within budget
- Supervising a team of construction workers and technicians, including scheduling and assigning tasks
- Ensuring that all construction activity is compliant with local, state, and federal regulations and guidelines
- Monitoring progress and quality of work to ensure that it meets or exceeds expectations

The Mobile RAN Construction Manager typically requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field, along with several years of experience in construction or project management. Strong leadership and organizational skills are also essential, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
