Lead data analysis, business planning, and KPI reporting to drive strategic decisions and enhance organisational performance as the Manager, Data Analytics.

**Your new role**:
As the Manager, Data Analytics and Reporting you will drive the delivery of advanced data analysis, business requirement planning and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting services to inform strategic decision-making for the organisation. You will undertake a variety of activities including but not limited to:

- Leading investigative work to determine business requirements and specify effective business processes, through improvements in information systems, information management, practices, procedures, and organisational change.
- Developing the process and system KPIs calculations, reporting and analysis.
- Development of Dashboard reporting through Power BI and managing the rollout of dashboards across a diverse portfolio for key reporting requirements including Service Level Agreements, Key Performance Indicators, Contract Management.
- Proactively engaging with a wide range of internal and external strategic stakeholders.

As the successful Manger, Data Analytics and Reporting; you will champion the values of being organised, collaborative and driven. You will emphasise taking ownership and managing competing priorities and possess the following:

- Tertiary qualifications in accounting, economics, or related financial / business management field, and/or equivalent experience
- Extensive experience in evaluating complex business processes and problems, identification of suitable options, and recommending innovative solutions and improvement outcomes.
- Demonstrated proficiency in manipulating, analysing, and synthesizing complex data sets, identifying patterns and trends, and in organising and presenting data in a way that will inform strategic decision-making.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including a proven ability to negotiate effectively with a broad range of staff and stakeholders.
