Administration Support Coordinator

We currently have a permanent full time vacancy for an enthusiastic Administration Officer to support our Sirius Cove team based in Mosman. This dynamic role will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and scheduling support functions.
In this position your duties will include but are not limited to the following:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to our teams;
- Create a welcoming environment to all visitors to the home, and ensure that all visitors comply with entry screening requirements;
- Deliver high standards of customer service to all stakeholders;
- Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of information management;
To be considered for this position you will possess the following:
- Minimum two years previous experience in administrative support (Experience within the Aged or Disability Care sector is advantageous)
- Strong verbal, numerical and written communication skills
- Computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Work well in a team environment and independently
- Previous rostering experience is preferable
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task and be proactive
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain
- Be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
- Full work rights in Australia
