Based in Mosman, we are looking for a **Junior Delivery Coordinator/Administrative Assistant** to join this buy team and become an Audi Expert. This role will see you play a vital role in enhancing the customer experience.
**In this role you will**:
- Organising all aspects required to get the vehicle prepared for delivery to meet the customer’s request
- Liaise with sales consultants and customers to ensure suitable delivery times are arranged and all relevant departments are informed of times
- Stock control - booking new cars and trade in into stock.
- Maintain stock sheets and other files and data
- Manage toll accounts and fines
- Preform general administration as required to ensure all parties involved internally and externally have visibility over the stage of preparation.
**To be considered for the role, you will have**:
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- An eagerness to learn and continue to learn
- The ability to work as part of a team which means supporting others and contributing to team discussions and improvements.
- Basic computer and MS office skills
