Parking Services Coordinator

Full time

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Parking Services Co-Ordinator to join the Property Services team. In this role, you will be accountable for the efficient daily operation of the Crown Multi-level, Basement and Employee car parks on a particular shift.

You will be responsible for delivering quality service to patrons, supervising staff on shift, ensuring the presentation standards of the car parks and the car park operating systems are maintained.

Some responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to:

- Supervising the Control Room operations and Parking Services Attendants
- Answering intercom calls, ensuring a premium Customer Service experience
- Monitoring of the Crown car parks
- Resolving car park operating system maintenance issues and fixing equipment where appropriate
- Contribute to the maintenance of high quality customer experience
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for customers
- Maintain the Parking equipment, re-stocking and emptying of equipment ticket needs
- Effective implementation of the staff performance management system

To be successful, you will need:

- Strong leadership with a natural talent in Co-ordinating and coaching teams
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Excellent conflict management, negotiation and customer service skills
- Strong administrative and computer skills
- Availability to work a 24/7 rotating shift roster
- Relevant business qualifications in a related discipline are highly regarded
