About The Role

  • Full-time permanent position.
  • Melbourne CBD working location.
  • Monday-Friday Roster hours between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
  • Free Parking.
  • Immediate start required to commence a 2 week training period on the 27th of October.

We are looking for a flexible and committed Customer Care Facilitator to join our young and vibrant team. We are looking for someone to commit to a Monday to Friday roster between 7:00 am to 7:00 pm.

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to show off your skills and customer service to our customers.

Duties & Responsibilities
Some key responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide exceptional customer service over the phone and email in a timely manner
  • Accurately lodge all cases and solve customer queries and relevant details in Salesforce
  • Take ownership and see customer requests through from start to finish
  • Maintain knowledge of a variety of relevant business systems, proactively troubleshoot and identify potential faults promptly
  • Provide support for our award-winning products including Book a Bay, Wilson One and Epark
  • Follow up on all requests for refund

About You

  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to be proactive and take ownership.
  • Able to multitask and handle challenges in an efficient and effective manner
  • Computer literate and willingness to learn new skills.
  • Previous call centre experience is highly desirable.
