What is the opportunity?
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Digital and Sponsorships Specialist to join the team in Sydney or Brisbane.
This role will be responsible for the development and execution of Marketing Communication Plans that will generate the quantity and quality of traffic to meet sales and service revenue targets. The role will also determine the most effective way to acquire and retain customers by using established Marketing effectiveness metrics.
Further to the above the duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Develop and execute Marketing plans for the Keystar business
- Assist Marketing Managers in the selection of the right media channels
- Prepare and extract key marketing results for marketing effectiveness tracking and report where activities do not meet the required ROI benchmarks
- Assist the CRM Manager in selecting the right customer communication messages
- Formulate recommendations to improve the Keystar customer experience
- Undertake financial reconciliations monthly
- Develop high quality marketing reports
- Have experience in a similar role
- Have digital marketing skills and knowledge
- Have sound knowledge and understanding of marketing automation
- Have sound knowledge of customer relationship management
- Have a full drivers licence and a sound driving record
- Have outstanding attention to detail
- Have the ability to multi-task
- Have superior writing and communications skills
- Have strong influencing and negotiation skills
