The Role:
As a Purchasing Officer, you’ll:
- Manage procurement, purchasing and inventory for our aged care facilities- Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods- Improve processes to drive efficiencies and cost savings across the organisation- Provide hands-on support for order management, invoicing and supply chain queries- Conduct site visits, training and inventory reviews to maintain top-notch service standards

What You’ll Bring:
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar procurement or supply chain role- Strong organisational and time management skills with a proactive mindset- Proficiency in MS Office, especially advanced Excel and knowledge of inventory systems- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- A customer-centric approach with a passion for continuous improvement
