Our client is a market leader in manufacturing Australia’s best harvesting equipment, offering its customers valued alternatives to cope with Australia’s robust farming environment, servicing up to 100 agricultural dealers across the country.

**Snapshot of the position**:
**Key points of the position**:

- Manage the supply chain of core products and coordinate policy reviews, procedural efficiencies and drive positive solutions
- Be a strong with verbal and written communication with key stakeholders
- Proactively plan for supply and demand logistics in a tight market
- Focus on continuous improvement & team building
- Have the ability to organize a team of warehouse employees to focus on productivity, best practice and strong customer service
- Process the procurement of completed products
- Be focused in freight and tracking timelines, whilst recording stock precisely
- Have an understanding of DIFOT & SOP documentation for logistics planning
- Preparation of weekly and monthly reports with management team

- Have the ability to follow systems and processes
- Have an eager eye for detail, with proactive planning skills
- The ability to build strong rapport with internal and external stakeholders
