**About the role at T-Shirt Ventures**

In disability, it’s all about human connection. In this role, you will be the first customer experience once a participant joins Provider Choice, playing a critical role in setting up our particpants for success in their NDIS journeys.

**Seniority**

**Entry Level** - A role for someone with underlying potential, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically no direct experience is required.

**Responsibilities**
- Customer Advocacy and Feedback - Advocate for customers by providing feedback to internal teams on how to better meet customer needs
- Relationship Building - Maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders to help them achieve their goals, and grow revenue and usage.

**Strengths**
- Resilience - Bounces back from stressful experiences while being optimistic, emotionally aware, and adapts to change
- Problem solving - Identifies problems and develops logical solutions that address the problems
