**Learning & Development Team Administrator**

**Glendenning, Sydney**

**Your new opportunity**:
Reporting to the Group Learning & Development Manager, the Learning & Development Team Administrator will support our geographically dispersed national team with all administration functions.

**In this role you will**:

- Provide general administration support to the Learning & Development team including tasks such as ordering, printing and invoicing
- Be the first point of contact for internal and external customer service activities
- Coordinate training courses, programs and events
- Support all Learning Management Systems used by Penske

**About you**:

- Minimum of 3 years administration or customer service experience
- Possess a strong work ethic and exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Highly capable in stakeholder management, teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Ability to proactively review administrative processes and build efficiencies to improve
- Demonstrated competence in computer skills, particularly Excel, Word & Outlook and ability to adapt to new systems
- Capable of working in an autonomous role without supervision
