We are looking for a team member who is passionate about providing technology solutions that can change the way our business and enterprise customers communicate. The role will involve selling/supporting complex technical solutions to a diverse portfolio of business and enterprise clients across all kinds of industry verticals.-
**What you will do**:

- Our team members currently work from home 4 days a week and attend the office 1 day a week for team catch up and bonding activities.
- Daily Tasks involves:
- Follow up on IT, UC and Mobility projects and tasks
- Account and service review with customers
- Assist with service faults and device support
- Connecting and supporting Mobile services, NBN internet, Business Telephony serices
- Ongoing technical training with Telstra services, Microsoft services and or Cisco network services

Full training will be provided across all the products and services we offer to Telstra Business and Enterprise customers.
- This role is a fulltime position - starting as a casual basis for training, and if you meet the required KPI, you will be moved to full-time permanent basis.**Essential**:
Driver's licence
- University OR TAFE Qualification/s in IT
- Some experiences with customer service and IT support to end users
- Background checks will be required eg Police check as well as Telstra Probity/background check will be carried out during the selection process
- Attention to details**Desired**:
Experiences with supporting end users with mobile devices, PC and laptops
- Experience is using Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics
- Knowledge in areas such as Cisco Networks, Microsoft Cloud Applications etcBenefits
