We have an exciting new opportunity for a Digital Support Analyst to join our high performing Digital transformation team. This role is a business-critical position, supporting our Product Owners and other areas of the team, in the overall day-to-day operational running of CSR's digital landscape.
This is an excellent opportunity for Digital support Analyst, who is seeking a long-term career in Digital transformation.

**About the Role**:

- Provide 2nd level support for website and standard SAP commerce and related system requests in line with agreed governance processes and enterprise architecture principles and standards.
- Work in conjunction with Sitecore developer and business team on website improvements to CSR's managed websites
- Assist with front end website support including bugs, look and feel and more of Sitecore websites.
- Analyse and contribute to the design and delivery of improved end to end customer experiences, including PIM, DAM and Digital Tools products.
- Assist product owners in backlog grooming, playbacks, and demos with business and detailed story definition as well as in agile ceremonies.
- Customer Engagement (internally and externally) as required to resolve requests and issues.
- Support adhoc requests for data analytics and product insights

What you'll bring
- Graduate University or other Tertiary Degree in business / technology and / or equivalent experience
- Exposure to digital marketing and customer communications
- 1-2 years' experience in a technical business support role
- Proven analytical skills.
- Exposure to working with Confluence or Jira is high regarded.
- Strong customer focus, business engagement and communication skills
- A resourceful and curious approach to troubleshooting issues
- A passion for learning
