**The Role**:
We are seeking a motivated individual looking to progress their skills in a new Digital Insight Analyst role Reporting to the Senior Manager of Channel Optimisation, you will be responsible for requirement gathering, process mapping, discovering automation opportunities and implementing processes within digital channels.

**Accountabilities**:

- Qualifying and quantifying conversation automation opportunities and implementing solutions.
- Creating detailed process and solution design documentation for automation development.
- Developing test plans and conducting functionality and regression testing prior to solution deployment.
- Managing stakeholder requirements and providing ongoing engagement.
- Building and maintaining conversation automation solutions.
- Effectively monitor and manage any issues and subsequent automation changes.

**Essential Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications**:

- Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to communicate across a wide range of business stakeholders.
- Ability to address enquiries and issues from end to end.
- Effective working as part of a small team and autonomously.
- A superior level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst or Process Analyst would be highly regarded but not essential.
