Product Manager

We’re seeking a Product Manager to help us drive the Customer Journey across different customer and product types, across our markets (currently Singapore and Australia, with more to come). You might be the one we are looking for **What you will be doing**: This will change as you and the business grow. Initially, focus for this role will be on: - Harmonising our Salesforce experience for Singapore and Australia to improve productivity for our Sales, Customer Operations and Market Operations teams. - Supporting our Marketing team as they integrate a new Marketing automation platform - Helping us prepare for entry into the Residential energy markets in Singapore and Australia (the latter in particular) - Our investments in technology are key to our success. Regular engagement with internal Sales, Customer and Market Operations teams will be key to ensuring the business can operate efficiently, and we are able to capture and capitalise on customer feedback to help grow the business.
