**The Role**:
The Product Manager will provide portfolio management and development of Simply Energy’s product suite, ensuring that they meet customer needs, drive business improvement, create value and is aligned with business strategy through all stages of the product lifecycle.

This includes defining the market position of the product suite by understanding users of products and their environment, conducting competitor analysis, market research, and working with the sales team, and driving marketing initiatives to bring the products to market, driving adoption and managing ongoing performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Development and staged delivery of a range of new electricity and gas offers into the marketplace and tracking product and financial performance, evolving the offer to deliver to the proposition, identifying opportunities and gaps for improvement and coordinating with sales, marketing, operations, and IT teams to deliver.
- Conduct quarterly reviews on the performance of existing products against a set of criteria including customer, financial, and operational performance of offers. Pivot offers when required to achieve performance targets including evolving underperforming offers and/or retiring offers that no longer meet customer needs or business objectives
- Evaluate and prioritise product offer development with stakeholders and maintain prioritised pipeline of offers in development, test and trial phases
- Accelerate a range of service and technology based offers once handed across from incubation teams
- Manage offers to support onboarding new partners with alliance/reward based offers, ensuring a seamless customer journey is delivered.

**About You**:
To be successful in this role, you will be experienced in product management across the full product lifecycle including facilitating ideation sessions to elicit and capture new product ideas and coordinating offer builds and trials. You will have exceptional collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with multi-disciplinary teams and vendors.

You are collaborative in your approach and have a customer focused mindset and seek to cultivate innovation to drive results.
