We are looking for a HR Officer to join our amaZing team (located in Sydney)

This role would be supporting our HR Manager managing the below functions:

- **Key Responsibilities**

**Talent Acquisition**
- Implement recruitment strategy and channel to fill up the vacancies within a reasonable time frame
- Lead recruitment process and drive continuous improvement.
- Assist with headcount requirement evaluations and job scoping
- Support on-boarding process to provide a positive employee experience to newcomers
- Monitor the on-boarding completion rate through internal system

**HR Strategy & Policy**
- Provide advice to Management team in related to HR matters
- Review and implement HR policies & procedures
- Manage E-portal platform to keep our HR news updated
- Maintain the performance management system

**C&B**
- Review payroll, benefit and income tax filing prepared by the payroll outsourcing partner
- Prepare the annual staff cost budget in accordance with business direction
- Lead the annual salary review process, benchmark the salary and review staff benefits and packages in order to ensure our competitiveness within the market
- Answer employee questions relating to payroll

**L&D**
- Understand the local training needs and coordinate with Regional / HO L&D resource to support the people development initiatives
- Identify and develop the local talent to support future business needs

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in human resources management or business administration related discipline
- 1-2 years' solid HR management experience in multi-national company
- Experience of managing payroll and ensuring payroll compliance both from a legal and global compliance perspective
- HR experience in the shipping or logistics industry would be preferred
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Excellent communication skills and able to deal with staffs at all levels within the organization
- Be able to manage multiple priorities and deliver the commitment
- Positive mindset, Proactive, self-motivated and willing to work under pressure
