**Stepping into the heart of the NSW Government**
- **_Play a central part in the strategic implementation of a new Financial Capacity Framework policy focused on critical infrastructure planning and delivery for the people of NSW. _**:

In response to the State’s strong and continuously developing pipeline of major infrastructure projects we are now looking to expand our team of professionals who share our passion for contributing to the development of the State for the future of the people of NSW.
You will be part of the Financial Capacity Centralised Unit within Treasury’s Infrastructure and Structured Finance Unit within the Commercial Division and will play a key role in implementation of the Financial Capacity Framework, a new strategic policy initiative. ISFU supports NSW government agencies to plan, procure and deliver large, high profile infrastructure projects across NSW.
The Financial Capacity Framework is designed to provide a consistent, risk-based framework for identification, mitigation and transparency of the financial capacity of contractors associated with large-scale infrastructure projects in NSW during the procurement, delivery and operational stages of projects.
The Financial Capacity Centralised Unit provides specialist advice and data in relation to portfolio and financial exposure risk to Government and project delivery risk identification, mitigation and monitoring by Agencies.

**Your day as an ISFU Policy Officer**
Your typical day-to-day work includes managing and implementing key strategic policy initiatives. As part of the Financial Capacity Centralised Unit (within ISFU) team you will manage and deliver key policy workstreams and initiatives such as:
- Roll-out of a new contractor financial capacity assessment methodology;
- Development of digital technology solutions and data analytics dashboards;
- Modernisation of the NSW Government Financial Assessment Services Scheme;
- Integration of financial capacity into infrastructure procurements and delivery;
- Implementation of a financial capacity risk management framework across age
