This is a large accounting practice situated in Brisbane CBD. Specialists in Business Services, Tax and Financial Planning. They have a large portfolio of SME clients. This firm is focused on assisting employees reach their ambitions, with an advancement program containing managerial and entrepreneurialism skill development.
**About the role**
As a Junior Manager, you will be responsible for assisting a Partner in managing a number of SME businesses through meetings and liaising both by face to face and via telephone. With a team consisting of 1 Senior, 2 Intermediates and 2 Admin Support, the Partner is now looking for a Manager to train and mentor.
**About you**
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- 6+ year's experience
- CA/CPA Qualified
- Experience of managing or mentoring a team
- Excellent written and spoken English
