This is a large accounting practice situated in Brisbane CBD. Specialists in Business Services, Tax and Financial Planning. They have a large portfolio of SME clients. With a mixed portfolio the industries include, retail, construction, mining services, dentists and medical. Chilled out, young and dynamic team of accountants.
This firm is focused on assisting employees reach their ambitions, with an advancement program containing managerial and entrepreneurialism skill development.
**About the role**
As a Junior Manager, you will be responsible for assisting a Partner in managing a number of SME businesses through meetings and liaising both by face to face and via telephone. With a team consisting of 1 Senior, 2 Intermediates and 2 Admin Support, the Partner is now looking for a Manager to train and mentor.
**About you**
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- 6+ year's experience
- CA/CPA Qualified
- Experience of managing or mentoring a team
- Excellent written and spoken English
