Self-starter with a proactive approach to managing clients' compliance obligations. As a problem solver who thrives on challenges, you excel in communication and build authentic connections with clients and colleagues. This role is ideal for a very experienced Senior Accountant or Assistant Manager / Supervisor ready to take the next step.
  • CA/CPA qualification with a Degree in Commerce, Law, or Accounting.
  • Over 5 years' experience in Business Services, with demonstrated leadership or mentoring roles.
  • Strong project management skills and a goal-oriented approach.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Driven professional eager to develop both technical and soft skills.


The Role:  As a Manager in Business Services, you will:
  • Provide exceptional service and guidance to clients and junior team members.
  • Proactively manage clients' annual compliance obligations and address current and future challenges.
  • Collaborate with Managers and Directors to oversee workflow and team performance.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, delivering value-added services.
  • Supervise, develop, and support junior team members.
  • Prepare income tax returns and financial statements for various entities.
  • Conduct business advisory work, financial modeling, and handle complex tax matters.
  • Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders regarding queries.
  • Attend to fringe benefits tax, tax planning, payroll assistance, and other business services.
  • Advise clients on business operations, regulatory matters, restructures, accounting system implementation, estate planning, and succession planning.
