**Your new company**
This Government Agency is working to assist communities in times of disaster while also proofing Australia against future emergencies. Currently, they have a need for high performing Policy Managers to support the delivery of high priority programs and policies.
**Your new role**
Within your new role as an EL2 Policy manager, you will play a key role in the Taskforce and will be responsible for successful contribution to the delivery of the program. This will include leafing all aspects of the development of the program, in consultation with the Program Manager. Your day-to-day may include, but is not limited to;
- Lead the development of the program negotiation strategy
- Provide drafting instructions to Lawyers
- Develop high-level written material, submissions and briefs
- Ensure alignment with the program work streams and activities where appropriate
- Contribute to the governance and reporting of the program
