Located in the heart of Canberra, you will be working with a large Federal Government Department, who are responsible for assisting the Government across a wide range of policy areas. You will be working in a large, fast paced Agile team who thrive in an honest, collaborative and high performance focused environment.

**Your new role**

As the Product Owner, your day will look like:

- Engaging with stakeholders and users, aligning their needs and translating into delivery, while being mindful of prioritisation.
- Working within a fast-paced team, you will engage and collaborate with both technical and functional teams within the business.
- Re-approaching strategies and adapting these for the business, identifying the larger scope of the project and adjusting as necessary.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To become successful in this role, you will have the ability to:

- Be highly adaptable, and have the ability to change tactics and learn on the job.
- Have a long-term mindset, with a focus on working collaboratively.
- Engage with both stakeholders and users with concise language, both verbal and written, and sell the idea of your product to them.
