**Your new company**
This well known Federal Government Department is seeking an EL2 equivalent Integrity Unit Manager to join their recently established taskforce responsible for the design and implementation of program design and delivery of reforms to address. The taskforce has been established in response to a number of recent audits, independent reviews and internal assurance reviews for the department.

**Your new role**
You will be responsible for scoping a central integrity unit. This will include:

- Identifying the activities of the unit including relevant frameworks and policies/processes.
- How the unit will align strategically with other relevant functions outside or not included in the unit's activities.
- The capabilities required for the unit including expected staffing levels.

Upon completion of the scoping, you will then develop a range of documents including but not limited to:

- Business cases
- Implementation plans
- Service offer
- Expected budget

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful for this position you will have previous experience within a similar position and the Federal Government. You will also have previous experience using models across the Federal Government, excellent communication skills both written and verbal, the ability to work independently, highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a new and changing environment.

To be considered for this role you will need to be an Australian citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance at the Baseline level or higher.
