They have won multiple awards for projects they have delivered in Geelong and Western Victoria and employ experienced CA's and Site Managers who make life a lot easier.

**The role**
Your role as HSEQ Advisor will see you:

- Provide HSEQ coaching, support and advice at operational and management level
- Oversee the training needs requirements to ensure currency
- Review and develop tools, policies and procedures
- Deliver system efficiencies; and manage and deliver reporting requirements.
- Implement the audit, inspection and assurance program
- Assist in development and review of Project Risk Registers, SWMS, and other risk management functions
- Participate in incident investigations or emergency management as required
- Maintain system certification (9001, 4801, 18001, 14001)

**To be successful**
To be successful you will need extensive experience working as a HSEQ Manager or HSEQ Advisor within the Australian construction sector. You will have relevant formal qualifications and have a commitment to best practice at all times. In addition to being able to perform in the role you must be able to work in a team environment and understand the challenges that come with the construction sector.
