Payroll Project Manager / Consultant / Analyst / Specialist for upcoming integration bid

**Your new company**

A very intricate, global company that are implementing a lot of change in their accountancy processes in order to remain fresh, vibrant and futuristic like their brand and market. Based in the heart of west Sydney this role will allow you to maintain your Payroll Management and Project skill sets as you balance and oversee this organisation finalise the bid for another organisation which they will then integrate that payroll into the main company’s payroll process. Being precise and having high knowledge of payroll compliance is key in succeeding at this role.

**Your new role**
- Integrating a medium payrun into the main organisation payroll process
- Analysing both payruns in order to plan and execute payrun integration successfully
- This professional will be doing all the project set up and management from beginning to end
- All the parallel payroll testings
- Networking and working alongside the payroll manager, HR manager and Project manager to execute this project

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Someone ideally with Outsourced provider knowledge as well as project management
- Resilience
- Payroll and HRIS integrations/implementations
- Payroll project integrations
- Familiar enough of administration of payroll
